Sign-in required for both individuals at meeting. (Note: independent OD cannot be from the referring member’s own practice or a current IDOC member or practice).
**Refer a new independent OD practice and receive a $200 incentive once the referral joins IDOC and pays 3 months of dues. (Incentive is provided per OD practice and not per individual)
