As a practice owner, it’s not uncommon to find yourself juggling a lot of balls. Maybe too many! The Pareto Principle is a time-tested theory that says 80% of our results come from 20% of our actions. Let’s use this meeting as an opportunity to identify areas we should be spending less of our time, and come up with a plan that allows us to spend more time on the high-value activities with the greatest return on investment.
