Staff Recruitment and Onboarding: Hiring in Current Job Market
The past few years have presented some unique challenges for practice owners hoping to hire. Between competition for benefits, tight labor markets and evolving salary structures, recruitment feels more complicated than ever. Then 2020 happened. Some practices have been able to prevent turnover in their businesses, but most are faced with the need to hire to replace employee or the need to add headcount to respond to patient demand.
This study group will discuss different strategies for evaluating hiring needs, preparing to hire, creating job ads and success positing online, making job offers, onboarding and training as well as staff retention.
